Program Description

SMS messages from Costa Oil - Las Vegas are intended to provide you with information, including but not limited to, responses to inquiries initiated by you regarding our oil change offering and related services, as well as changes to our services offered and/or our place and time of business operation, as well as occasional marketing and promotional messages regarding our services (e.g., events and promotions offered by Costa Oil - Las Vegas). We may also provide you with transaction-related information regarding previous or upcoming services we have provided or will provide to you.

Message Frequency

The number of Costa Oil - Las Vegas SMS messages that you receive will vary but will not exceed six (6) text messages in any 30-day period, unless We are responding to an inquiry initiated by you via SMS.

Cost

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. How to Opt-Out

Your consent to receive SMS messages from Costa Oil - Las Vegas is completely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time. To opt out of text messages from Us, reply STOP to any mobile message from Us, or email [email protected] and specify that you want to opt out of text messages. You may also text HELP or email us at [email protected] for help. You acknowledge and agree to accept a final text message confirming your opt-out of SMS text messages from Us.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

By opting into this SMS text messaging program you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You agree that you will not initiate messages to the mobile phone of any other person or entity without authorization.

Further, you are responsible for notifying Costa Oil - Las Vegas immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Us of a number change by emailing us at [email protected]. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these SMS Terms.

You agree to indemnify Costa Oil - Las Vegas and our parent company, franchisor, and all of our subsidiaries or affiliates in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Us if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that We may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice. Your continued consent to receive SMS messages from Us will indicate your acceptance of any changes.

Termination of Text Messaging

We may suspend or terminate your receipt of SMS messages from Costa Oil - Las Vegas if we believe you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of these text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of these text messages, with or without notice.
